Eliu, a country boy, is incarcerated in an experimental young offenders institution, deep in the heart of the Colombian tropical forest, for a crime he committed with his friend El Mono. Every day, the teenagers perform hard manual labour and endure intense group therapy. One day, El Mono is transferred to the same center and with him comes the past that Eliu is trying to escape.


Winner of Cannes Film Festival Critics’ Week Grand Prize. Presented at San Sebastián and Toronto film festivals.

Andrés Ramírez Pulido

Born in Bogota, Colombia, in 1989. In 2016, he directed the short film El Edén which was presented at Berlinale and received awards in many festivals. In 2017, he directed Damiana that was selected in the official competition at Cannes, Toronto and Oberhausen. La Jauría is his first feature film.
