Carlos Saura portrays the evolution and relationship of art with the wall as a creative canvas from the first graphic revolutions of the prehistoric caves to the most avant- garde urban expressions. A personal journey in the company of figures including Juan Luis Arsuaga, Miquel Barceló, Zeta, Musa 71 and Suso 33.

Carlos Saura

Born in Huesca, Spain, in 1932. He began his career as a feature film director in 1959 with Los Golfos. His first popular hit came with The Hunt (1966), Golden Bear winner at Berlin Film Festival. He directed acclamed features such as The Garden of Delight (1970), Anna and the Wolves (1973), presented at Cannes, and Croa Cuervos (1976), Grand Prize winner at Cannes. From Saura, Mostra has already presented Blood Wedding (1981, 5th Mostra), Sweet Hours (1981, 6th Mostra), Sevillanas (1992, 16th Mostra) and The Seventh Day (2004, 29th Mostra).
