In 1973, director-on-the-rise Peter Medak nabbed comic genius and box-office star Peter Sellers for his new comedy, Ghost in the Noonday Sun. But Sellers immediately began sabotaging the film. While the actual behind-the-scenes were funnier and more bizarre than the film itself, the filmmaking was an excruciating experience that threatened the sanity and career of its director. Medak revisits the ill-fated production to exorcise his demons in this tragicomic documentary.

He was born in Hungary and went to England in 1956. His first film was Negatives, in 1968. Since then, he has directed several films and TV series, including The Twilight Zone. Among his most famous films, are The Ruling Class (1972) and Zorro: The Gay Blade (1981). Let Him Have It (1991) was exhibited at the 15th Mostra.
