The life and work of painter Glauco Rodrigues (1929-2004). From Bagé, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, he is considered by academics, critics and artists one of the main painters of pop art in Latin America. Glauco Rodrigues’s path is shown through interviews, archive images and new images of the different sceneries by which the painter was inspired and experienced. With interviews with Nicolas Bourriaud, Ferreira Gullar, Gilberto Chateaubriand, João Bosco, Luis Fernando Veríssimo, Camilla Amado, Frederico Morais, among others.

Born in Bagé, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. He studied audiovisual production and visual arts. Brito works as a screenwriter and director. In 2006, directed Um Filme Chamado Sfincter, screened on TV. He is also the director of short movies such as Um Breve Assalto (2009), Aos Pés (2010) and O Sabiá (2010), in addition to the features O Guri (2011) and Glauco of Brazil (2015, 39th Mostra).
