Ferdinand is a forty-year-old introvert who is entirely devoted to his passion for fish. His obsessive little existence is turned upside down the day the aquatic center he works at is closed down for six months of renovation. He is transferred to another section of his company, a Finnish-Turkish delight spa entirely geared towards the pleasure of saunas and steam rooms. Ferdinand is suddenly thrown into a world of nudity, sensuality, and relaxation. In short, everything he could possibly be afraid of.

Born in 1974. She works with documentaries, videos, and short films. Her directorial debut was the short film Starfly (2005), followed by the medium-length project Strangers in the Night (2011). Hot Hot Hot is her first feature film.
