Four stories are told during the finals of the Champions League, the most important football championship on the European continent. In Istambul, German Rokko tries to deal an ill-fated blow to an insurance company. In Santiago de Compostela, Hungarian Gabor has his camera stolen, but the local police are more interested in watching the game. In Berlin, French couple Claude and Rachida are embroiled in confusion when they present their street theater performance to the wrong audience. And in Moscow, Kate, who is English, is attacked, only the police are busy patrolling the game.

Born in Germany, in 1970, he studied law at the University of Passau and film before being admitted at the German Film & Cinema Academy in Berlin. He has directed the features Berlin is in Germany (2001), Tator (2003), One Day in Europe (2005, 29th Mostra) and Berlin Calling (2008).
