Scott is a modern-day version of an efficient Spartan soldier. He is extremely disciplined and asks no questions about the missions he is assigned to. His career is wholly based on a naïve belief that if he does the right thing, he will achieve his superiors’ recognition and respect. When the president’s daughter is kidnapped, his name is immediately brought up as he is an efficient and trustworthy officer. This mission requires that Scott find the girl in only two days, otherwise the case might leak to the press and cause unnecessary mayhem within the already complicated pre-electoral scenario. At first, the kidnap seems to have a political end, but as the investigation progresses, several unexpected and intricate connections begin to surface.
