Enrique is 37 and has spent the last twelve years with his wife Graciela and their two children. He is extremely jealous and has just separated. As he has nowhere to go, he decides to live in his friend Luís? house. Now 40, Luís is having a passionate affair with Eliana who works on the TV with weather forecasting and who ends her forecasts with a poem. She abruptly terminates the affair, and he cannot understand her confusing explanations. Enrique and Luís are now in the same situation, separated from the women in their lives. They meet Pablo, a friend in common, successful with women, who finds two prostitutes for them. Lorena and Yoli are sensual and try to involve them in erotic games, but in vain. On another occasion, quite unawares, they find themselves in a gay bar. When they realize where they are, they try and leave as quickly as possible. But on second thoughts, they realize they are actually enjoying being there. It may be possible to start a new life without needing any women.
