Mariola has finished high school and goes off on holiday with her boyfriend Artur. On the way to the beach, he decides to spend the night with some friends in Berlin. When they arrive there, he sells Mariola to Niko as though she were a prostitute, Justine. In the days to follow, Mariola tries to escape from the humiliation to which she is subject. And Niko is the one to help her.

FRANCO DE PEÑA

Born in 1966, in Caracas, Venezuela. He studied economy in Caracas and in Montreal. He studied theater directing in Warsaw and film directing in Lodz. Since 1992, he has directed documentaries and short films such as El Susurro del Viento and El Porvenir de una Illusion, awarded prizes in several international festivals. In 2000, he was artist-in-residence in Berlin with a scholarship from the DAAD, when he planned to make Love in Concrete, his first feature.
