In the hope of fleeing solitude, six youngsters try to make their days last longer. They hope that their days and nights will have no end for they hope that a glance, a gesture, or mere chance will lend them a new sense to their existence. They are common people. A couple already accustomed to sharing a tedious existence, a girl who has decided to be on her own, her boyfriend who is impotent, a girl who pretends to enjoy herself, and an actor of prestige who can not feel at ease anywhere. All play out moments and actions that are very dear to director Juan Villegas: crises in relationship, dialogs inside cars, uncertainty as to the future. It is saturday again in Buenos Aires and all seems as though it will be like yesterday or like the day before yesterday.
