DAVE WEST

DAVE WEST (Director/Writer) marks his film directorial debut with his High Definition comedic short, Puddlejumper. West began his career in Arizona - producing, directing and acting in multiple theatrical productions. His work won him Best Actor of the 1990 American College Theater Festival. After attending New York`s American Academy of Dramatic Arts, West worked in off-Broadway and off-off Broadway productions. After moving to Los Angeles, West worked on movies of the week, on the feature film God`s Lonely Man and produced and directed theatrical productions. West was cast in Academy Award-winning director Ernest Thompson`s The Westside Waltz, starring Liza Minelli and Shirley MacLaine. Recently, West switched to the other side of the camera, working for the Digital Entertainment Network, and producing the digital comedic short, Et tu... He is currently working on the comedy short, The Virginity Monologues.
