Miklos Dongo is an Olympic gymnast whose career is interrupted because of a contusion. Attempting to rebuild his life, he moves to Canada, where he becomes a coach. His first mission is to train a young gymnast considered to be one of the great hopes for Canadian sport. But the young man is futile and inattentive, and the trainer is unable to connect with him. He then realizes that he must first face his own fears and overcome the trauma of the brutal training regime he had been submitted to in his childhood. The film was awarded Special Mention for the East of West Award at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, in the Czech Republic.
