The story of a young woman who devotes her life to her passion: writing. Camila is intense, complex and courageous. To her, it is important to build a trajectory as an act of affirmation of her singularity. Her life is her narrative. And she wishes to construct a narrative of sufficient dignity that she will be written about. This is a film about Camila’s passion and her quest for redemption. She would have literature as an act of revelation and for such, she builds bonds. Lacking as she is, she destroys them through excess, because she clings to them, through passion. She faces the abyss and removes the supports she needs to exist. For Camila, life blossoms from the scars of her process of absolute, vertiginous surrender. An adaptation of the books “Máquina de Pinball” and “Vida de Gato”, by Rio Grande do Sul author Clara Ayerbuck who also resorts to texts of her authorship published on internet and in her blog.
