During the course of World War II, in 1942, the Nazi regime was at the height of its political and military power. A boy of 17, an outstanding boxer, is invited to attend a school that trains youngsters to serve Hitler directly and who are to make up the elite troops for the regime. The boy realizes that there is his chance to improve in life and seizes the chance. Within an environment of rigid Nazi discipline, he is to experience contradiction in forming bonds of friendship with a young cadet

Born in 1973, in Hannover, in Germany. Actor, script writer, and director, he began his career in 1996 writing and directing a short film, The Wrong Trip. In 1998, he directed Im Auftrag das Herrn and Living Dead. In 2001, The Dawn. And in 2002, The Girl on the Top.
