Sex, love, money, disguise, and much intrigue - these are the ingredients that make up the plot in which quiet bookseller Frank is involved up to the hilt. In fact, he welcomes all of this. The bookstore is about to be demolished, and new adventure would not do anyone any harm. It all begins when he meets Miranda, a seductive, mysterious woman with a number of identities. She pays a visit to the bookstore, not in pursuit of knowledge, but money, in the service of evil Christian who has an interest in the bookstore. Frank would like to have a closer relationship with Miranda and invites her out next evening. She accepts. Frank hopes to turn his romantic dream into reality, but he meets with a myriad of swindlers, sadic villains, and perverted sex. The plot is further bolstered by the presence of Nailor, a millionnaire who is to add a goodly dose of violence to the plot.
