Five women of different nationalities are chosen to be members of the jury of the 3rd Latin-American Women’ Film Festival. For six thrilling days of the event, the women are brought closer by their day-to-day contact, and they each begin to tell of their experiences, fears, and expectation. Contemporary history of Latin America begins to take shape in the descriptions of life by each member of the jury.

GUITA SCHYFTER

Born in 1947, in Mexico. In 1993, she wrote, produced, and directed Novia que te Vea her first film. She was also responsible for the script, production, and direction of Sucesos Distantes (1994). In Las Caras de La Luna, her third feature, she was also script writer, producer, and director.
