For three months it hasn‚Äôt stopped raining and Spleen, a Dandy who only likes three things in life: Valle-Inclán, The Smiths and bad girls with fringe; spends his nights in the company of his Bohemian friends in the Dramatists‚Äô Tavern. On the night it stops raining, Spleen meets La Rusa, a bad girl with a fringe with whom he will undertake a tender and surprising journey through the heart of the night and of themselves, in a strange city built from stone, that will transform their lives completely... until the arrival of dawn and the return of the rain bring light but extinguish their dreams.

Born in Santiago de Compostela, Spain, he studied film at HIA in La Coruna. After making the short film ¡Aproba! (1995), he directed his first feature film La noche que dejó de llover (2008). For television, he directed the series O Nordés (2009). Aces is his second feature film.
