A satire on politics in the interior of Brazil. In a city named Liberdade (Liberty), through a telescope, Francisco, or Chico Louco, observes the infinite universe from whence he seeks inspiration to make an analogy between the power of physics and the power of politics. His fable begins when the mayor, traditionally the inheritor of this position ever since his great-grandfather, dies on stage in the midst of the campaign for re-election. In the absence of a vice-mayor, who has disappeared accused of corruption, the President of the Municipal Council suffers a coup and a decree nominates a councilman as the new mayor. As from then, alliances between those defeated and the Church, with a view to a new coup, subterfuge for libel against rivals and abusive imprisonment become the order of the day in the small community. Francisco is then certain that power is present as from then and that he who occupies such a seat is virtual and mutant. The soundtrack is formed by 16 pieces of music groups from Curitiba granted by the independent recording company Grande Garagem que Grava.
