Since the death of his parents, of Spanish nationality, who had settled in France after the Civil War, Rafa has occupied himself with the machine shop belonging to the family and is responsible for Manu, his younger brother. For such, he has given up a promising career as a boxer. Manu, however, is successful in the world of Thai fighting. Tony, heir to a powerful businessman, wishes to buy up Rafa’s machine shop in the Chinese quarter, in Paris. Tony’s offers do not appeal to the owner. Chinh is Chinese, and now in France, after wandering through various countries. She and Rafa fall in love, but they will have to face the opposition of their respective communities. To make things more difficult, Chinh has been promised to Tony who is not at all willing to relinquish her. To further complicate matters, Rafa decides he must settle past issues with other adversaries.
