Disillusioned with her love life, Ruby Weaver had given up on her quest in search of her Prince Charming. And precisely at that very moment, she runs into Sam Deed, a newcomer in town. They fall in love almost immediately; however, their relationship very quickly changes. Ruby savors her first " healthy " relationship, but Sam proves to be someone she could scarcely imagine. In truth, he is a traveler in time, coming in from the year 2470, who knows she is to die the next Friday and who is there to forestall the accident. Past and future experiences of trust, of commitment, and rejection will thus ingeniously be put to test. A comedy that takes place in New York, combining romance and science fiction.
