A voyage into the interior of garbage seen here as a phenomenon of the human spirit and not merely as a product of man`s actions. This essay-documentary inspired in the modern theory of chaos, alternates between the reality of the statements and the surrealism of poetic images, trying to integrate conscious and unconscious life in the human mind. Phenomena that are apparently simple conceal extremely complex behaviours. Garbage is perhaps that which we do not wish to see.

JUAN FIGUEROA

Born in Toledo, Spain, in 1965. He graduated in philosophy in Salamanca and art in Bordeaux. He made short films like Domingo 23 de Octubre (2005), Jardin Cerrado (2010) and Capriccio (2012). He also directed the documentary Mountain Maker (2008, 32nd Mostra).
