Through a symbol-personality, a double of Michael Jackson, the documentary broaches the issue of personal and national identity through an interview with three youngsters in the outskirts of São Paulo. A parallel between people who dream of being other people, and a country that dreams of being another country. The youngsters, covers for American celebrities, are Rodrigo Teaser (Michael Jackson), Priscila Freitas (Marilyn Monroe), and Gian Presley (Elvis Presley). All of them are invited to events, to parties and on TV and, for a few moments, they are who they are not - namely, their idols.
