Series that comprises seven provocative horror and morbid humor short films by the Philippine filmmaker and writer Khavn. The first short film is Can & Slippers, about a soccer player named Piling that uses flip-flops instead of cleats and a bottle of soft drink as a ball. The following short film is Ali, an absurd comedy about a boxer that decides to remove his tear ducts. Mondomanila: Institute of Poets explores the biography of the awarded writer Norman Wilmayco. Barong Brothers pays homage to the anarchic humor of the Dada movement by using the figure of two brothers. Headless follows the dilemma of a man that wants to castrate himself. The protagonist of Greaseman is a primeval man in the streets of Manila. Amen, A Brown Comedy is a cruel satire on the Philippine custom of raising the hands of elder people to one’s forehead as a sign of respect.
