A group of youngsters of different ethnic origins goes through misadventures in the suburbs of Stockholm, in Sweden. Each is all of the time obliged to face up to a society that does not look on immigrants with favorable eyes, an attitude that augments the abyss and strengthens the dividing line between "us and the others". These youngsters are sure that society will not acknowledge the problems of intolerance and discrimination, and they then endeavor to find some type of identity in the safety of their group. The result is a gang moving towards a dangerous path leading to crime, drug abuse, and violence as a prelude to a tragic finale, in this realistic portrait of contemporary Sweden.
